Chicagoland Real Estate Forum congratulates Provencal Construction Inc. for winning a Crystal Key Custom Home Award for 6447 Shady Lane in Burr Ridge.

The main objective for this project was to meet the architectural expectations of our customer. This particular property was not initially designed to accept a walkout lower level. As a key part of our design criteria, a walkout was created, and in doing so truly makes the lower lever an extension of the main living areas of the home.

A few of the key features of this home are state-of-the-art whole house automation, a gourmet kitchen and a home theater.

As always, we meet customer budget restraints to deliver a truly custom home.

For this home, we have added an old-world charm to a modern floor plan and open spaces.
